I take it people at SOny don't remember what happened the last time a company (HBGary Federal) decided to piss of Anonymous. What are the chances people of Anonymous decide to do what they do best at Sony and them have Sony compare the results?
What about the gas efficient vehicles like Fit or Yaris? They don't take as much gasolie as other cars. How about the motorcycles and scooters? Not only they take even less gasoline than cars, they also weigh A LOT less.
Google Inc is a private corporation? Than what the hell are they trading on NASDAQ???
He doesn't want Google pointing to his other lawsuits... How about his address that's on the filing? Let's all go to 140 Ravine Ane, 3A, Yonkers, NY, 10701 for a lawsuit party!
I love how he differentiates between "google" and "Google, Inc.".
ChimpBush McHitlerBurton is right: that's some horrible writing. But part 3a really takes the cake!

I seem to recall that in one of the cables released by Wikileaks, an ambassador to Canada complaining in a memo to State Dep't that Canadians appeared to enjoy bashing US... This latest release ain't going to help... :-\
Lying on his family room floor with assault weapons trained on him, shouts of "pedophile!" and "pornographer!" stinging like his fresh cuts and bruises, the Buffalo homeowner didn’t need long to figure out the reason for the early morning wake-up call from a swarm of federal agents.
"You're a creep ... just admit it," they said.
If only there were kind of a law about not extracting confessions while pointing guns at someone and without presence of an attourney... :-\
First of all, it's Jeremy Schlosberg - not Scholsberg. And second, what kind of human being somehow finds a way to look down upon people who want to create art?????????
Now onto my main point... Billboard magazine has been publishing music rankings since 1936. The songs that are most popular are usually relatively new. So if one were to even accept the existence of that "tyranny of novelty", then we have succumbed to it so very long ago. Perhaps even before Mr. Schlosberg was born.
I don't know if my personal links with law enforcement are colouring my response but you comment is probably the most retarded thing I've seen in a loooooooong time....
I wonder is turning off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on the smartphone be enough? If not, and they can get in via EVDO connection, then doesn't our own cell service provider can get all that info? I shudder to think...
Meanwhile, the bankers who have misled the investors by selling the mortgage-backed securities they knew would fail and then misled the investigators and possbly the Congress have never even been charged with ANYTHING.
Read more about this at (he-he) NYT:
"But several years after the financial crisis, which was caused in large part by reckless lending and excessive risk taking by major financial institutions, no senior executives have been charged or imprisoned, and a collective government effort has not emerged. This stands in stark contrast to the failure of many savings and loan institutions in the late 1980s. In the wake of that debacle, special government task forces referred 1,100 cases to prosecutors, resulting in more than 800 bank officials going to jail. Among the best-known: Charles H. Keating Jr., of Lincoln Savings and Loan in Arizona, and David Paul, of Centrust Bank in Florida."
