A truthful analogy would be that Comcast's service is like a road that never wears out. You may need to widen it on occasion due to increased traffic, but that's it.
When it comes to light that a prosecutor has withheld evidence from the defendant, they should automatically be permanently disbarred and brought up on charges. There is no excuse.
What's with the "Purchase credits to promote this comment" thing? If you enable it, you could make a boat load of money off of OOTB trying to keep his comments from being flagged out of existence. :0)
Not that I think it will ultimately matter, but Verizon has painted themselves in a corner. If they define "passed" the way Kevin Service did, they should be able to provide service to those 42,000 people. If they can't, then, even using their definition of "passed", they have failed to meet their franchise commitment.

(crowd congratulates P2) V: So, how do we tell if she is made of wood? P1: Build a bridge out of her! V: Ahh, but can you not also make bridges out of stone? P1: Oh yeah... V: Does wood sink in water? P1: No P3: No. It floats! P1: Let's throw her into the bog! (yeah yeah ya!) V: What also floats in water? That works about as well as instructing a jury to ignore something a prosecutor/defense attorney said that they weren't supposed to.
