I’ve read stories like this for years and for a time it really made me reluctant to “buy” things on iTunes. I got over it. The convenience suckered me in. But everything I “buy” I also download so I have it stored locally on my computer. When Apple loses the license and the movie is no longer in your iTunes library, do they also reach into the iTunes folder on your computer and delete files?

Salt Marsh was said to be the owner of AF Holdings. Then maybe a trust for the unborn children of Mark Lutz. Then it turns out that apparently Steele's sister had a housemate named Anthony Saltmarsh. So who knows? What I want to know is did they ever find Lutz? I thought he might be buried in a salt marsh.
Billy Goat Chips will get another shot with a motion for summary judgment after discovery. The standard is a bit different so the judge may look more favorably on the arguments at that point.
