Re: Re: Re: What's a few lies in court between friends, right?
I would think yes. As it appears exculpatory, it is certainly relevant, and it could lead to other admissible evidence that helps the defense. I don't think allowing the government can simply wash its hands of the Brady violation by claiming, "Oh, it's ok, though, because we're not going to use this evidence that completely undermined our case. We'll just withhold it."
Mister Pretensous, you think there’s no one finer, well but your poems are unpublished, and you work in a diner. You’re no God’s gift to women, that’s all in your headdddd. You are just a buttmunch. No one likes a buttmunch. And you’re also bad in bedd-edd-edd!.
NT1 basically Steisanded himself. It’s one thing to have your Google results say that you were convicted of “conspiracy to account falsely” twenty years ago. It’s another to have a search reveal that a current court thinks you’re a remorseless shit who hasn’t changed and is probably still doing what got you in trouble in the first place. But at least your old conviction will get buried under the more recent entries where the court basically says it thinks you’re still a criminal.
OMG! Does his cover page really say he’s raising an “Unconstitutional Claim of Unconstitutionality”????? Better to just point those things out right on the front page, I guess.
