I have never been a protester to get that out of the way
But call me nuts if this isn't authority stifling rights. I'm not saying protests are always within our rights (wait for it) but I think anyone in the US should be able to organize a legal protest with out being rounded up based on twitter or any other form of communication. Now if this was a situation where it organizing for actual crime IE looting, rioting, violent protest. I get it, I agree to a point. But if its a legal protest this is a broad attempt to silence the masses and call me whatever you will. I'm ready to join the movement just because I want my right to express the opinion of the people to show a dissenting view. I guess I missed where it was illegal to keep an eye on the police they same way they track and keep an eye on citizens regularly.
I haven't checked out Wave yet or even have any inkling about it but I like how you think. Get more draconian? Well we just collaborate to drive you insane... But then again I take a sick pleasure in messing with people and getting them riled up...
I always know my day will get better when a Techdirt article's comments break 60... Thanks guys! Except the AC's... If your here even occasionally and comment get a damned account people.
Just a couple problems with that DH. First your girlfriend gives you the choice of 4 never the other way around and second none of our choices are even remotely awesome...
People give them change? I thought everyone was as heartless and cynical as me. I prefer to hurl pennies at them. What else would you do with those useless things? They aren't worth anything unless you trick Coinstar into taking them...
so in conclusion the homeless live forever? (more or less) I knew that guy holding the sign said he was a Vet but I didn't know he was a civil war vet. That tricky sob!
We all say too much but that is why this format and more honestly this site works. We come here to talk, debate, argue, and discuss depending on one's language. But that is why I feel there is so much value here. And no I say what many a commenter everywhere has said. Just my two cents.
Your from Chicago aren't you? Now if you had said something about a lot of ticket happy jerks and a few honest cops I would have thought you were talking about my neck of the woods Seattle.
How has no one dropped a comment on this yet? It almost like the rest of you have lives... I don't know what those are but people tell me they have them.
Your right size does matter. And the industry has a huge incentive... er pocketbook. That they put to good use. Why get real results when you can buy the ones that suit you?
