Yeah, I have FIOS too (Now Frontier, alas), and I love how they send their salespeople out without the list of the houses that are already subscribers, so hey know on the doors of their existing customers. Happens about once a month here.
Why are so many modern cops such wimps? I mean really. 8-10 years old? Under 100 lbs? If you can't handle that, how the hell are you gonna handle an adult? Oh, yeah, shoot 'em, cause you feared for your safety.
In the Navy, back in the day, we had word for such folks.
Are all physical science teachers in the state licensed engineers? That definition would certainly sound like they'd need to be. And users of CAD programs, or Makers?
Maybe if Trump is so into getting rid of regulations, he should look at abolishing these kinds of "licensing boards".
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Hate to say it, that 'Monopoly' Title has some merit...
And why no mention of Comcast, Verizon, or AT&T today? Shouldn't we be divesting them of some of their assets? Comcast is much closer to a monopoly in many locales than Amazon or Google ever dreamed of being.
I did the same, but to Conyer. Told him he should be proud that he's the highest paid of all Telecom recipients. He got more from just those AT&T and Verizon than most of his constituents make in a year. Just those two! Guess we know who he works for.
As you say, probably pointless. I didn't vote for the slug!
