Re: The key to China's economic success
Actually, they only execute people for corruption when they fail to pass a certain percentage of the proceeds upstream and instead keep it all for themselves. Bad. Very bad. You would think if they had any intelligence at all that they would have foreseen the consequences of their folly. Darwin at work. The plastic in the milk guy? Didn't send the money upstairs. Same for the bank failure guy. This is how things work all around the world, and not just in China.

The management of UMG is widely known....
.......as a group of donkey-fellating trannies with a proclivity for coprophagia. When not engaged in those activities, they find the time to take down sites arbitrarily and capriciously, facilitated by the talents of their necrophiliac legal staff, also with other bizarre tendencies too numerous to list.

I've had several boxed wines over the last decade, and while a lot of them truly taste like ass must taste, some of them are pretty decent, and give a good QPR. Most of them were in the 1 - 3 liter range, but I have not had the opportunity to try a smaller package yet. However, if I see one, I will.
The danger with the larger format ones is the same danger you would have if you converted your kitchen sink sprayer hole to a beer tap - entirely too convenient, and your liver will pay a hefty price somewhere down the line. A friend of mine had a neighbor who did just such a thing with the sink. Less than a year later, his doctor informed him that he had had his last drink. Sad.

Re: The Mantra !!!!
Hi Darryl. You so remind me of the three Darryls on the old Bob Newhart show. In the interest of the furtherance of the concept of a valid and appropriate ad hominum approach, I would like to beg you to try, just for once, not being such a twat! I know you cannot, but just for shit's sake, give it at least one try. There. Are you happy now? I know your being an intractable verbal diarrhea case must be very taxing on you, so perhaps you don't have the strength to do it.

That's right! He enjoys the spectacle of the media conglomerates ass-ramming the general public, and him getting paid for it. Kind of like being a whore, without having to give BJ's. Or does he?

Sounds like that troll needs a major beat-down!
Sometimes, after a number of bones are fractured, and some major organs damaged, people like this troll can learn a lesson. And, it's a lot cheaper than going through the "legal process" that passes for justice in East Texas, where it seems judges can be bought for a bottle of really good Bordeaux and a hooker, or so it appears. But, I think this idiot is incapable of learning anything as long as he still thinks extortion can be profitable.

Re: Re:
So do I. One the first fist is swung, or kick attempted, the other party will know the true meaning of pain. I don't try for the knockout blow, but merely to inflict the most intense pain with the least effort. Once you pop someone's eyeball out, they tend to leave you alone long enough for you to find a suitably heavy object to finish the job. I was and still am short, but got beat up only once. All subsequent engagements had a different outcome. You also get a rep, as someone not to be trifled with. I'm not a tough guy, but a guy you better not try to get tough with.

No, he cannot see the difference. Actually, he probably can, but he prefers to be a liar and apologist shill for the copyright maximalists. Regardless of whatever drivel he chooses to spew, there will always be ways found around this bullshit, and he and his fellow losers will be standing around in slack-jawed amazement at that, while frothing at the lips and squealing like pigs. Screw him and all of his friends, should he actually have any.

Re: Medical Justice - the "New" Agreement
I have never seen this kind of gobbledygook legalese on any paperwork I ever signed for any medical professional I consulted. If I were to be presented with such a form, that would terminate the engagement of their services immediately. In other words, I'd fire their lame asses.
