Thanks. I used the worng search term for sites. Still not much in the way of coverage though. I do love the statement about the concern for American culture and job preservation.
I think anyone tring this would need a 5 year plan and a dedicated budget. !0% for developing the business model and 90% and five years for the court battle with the current business holders to be able to execute the model.
Youtube is not taking Viacoms material. If they have it at all it is being uploaded to their site by users. Unless you are stating that Youtube employees are uploading the material your statement is as inaccurate as Fricklas's.
But he can tell you what to do see, "stop blathering" I even copied it so you could see it again. I could put it in bigger type if you are having trouble reading it.
1. Google is not legally required to take down the material
2. This is attempt to frame a basis for a lawsuit and not have it just thrown out of court.
3 That being the case, they might as well fight this one and not have any prior action of theirs to show that they did it for IFPI previoulsy.
You need a question mark after "in" the word change "file sharing sites, torrent operators and search engines" to file sharing and torrent site operators and search engine owners". See a coherent post and not much more effort.
A friend of mine pointed out to me that the ones who lead a life of crime have less to fear from the erosion of liberties than people who are innocent. Innocent people have never dealt with the system, are unlikely to have lawyers ( while at the same time having too much money for a court appointed one)and tend to believe that telling police officers off or asking for a badge number is something they have a "right" to do.
Newspapers have alway been run to make a profit. The whole golden age of newsprint that protects liberties is something like the pharse "When I was a kid we...."
Where have you looked for your evidence. What evidence have you seen for your claim that they did not. A patent? That is based on who files not who discovered. Present reasoned supporting arguments and then maybe your sarcasm will be more palatable.
Might? There was no might. Voting machines would have votes on them for the favored candidate before the election started. At least the Daley machine has to work harder now.
and did anyone there complain about fraud? You're from Chicago, you know what voting is like even with the feds coming in to check once in a while. Do you think it would be better if Cook County was unregulated?
Of course you could have done this too. Then we could have read an insightful useful post rather than your usual bid for attention. There is no way digitalizing material and delivering it costs more than print copies. Most print is done digital now anyway so the producer could just stop at the scanning process and not incur printing, ink, paper and transportation costs. Since these are all incured in producing the hard copy the digital costs should be no more than half that of the hard copy.
