What's with the fair use notice? "This video contains copyrighted material the use of which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner".
Is that a boiler plate anti-takedown statement, or what content are they talking about being copyrighted?
Moneymaker's book is freaking excellent for "not a poker book." Straight up story of a dude that's just a dude who likes to bet. What's he do right after his win? Spends 15k at a strip club. What do you do in Vegas if you only took 10k and you can't leave until pay the tab? Call up Chip Reese to spot you.
She was fine at the start, but when she "paced" (walked along with) the male and then the female officer it was spooky behavior. Then she confronted them.
The cop asked her to stand "down there" rather than the 5 feet away she was when she was argumentatively questioning them. (Her first question was possibly legitimate, and she got a sufficient answer to it "Safety check". Her second question "who's safety is in danger" was subjectively argumentative. She refused to move and refused to give her ID.
I'm quite good here with the cops, again. I should have to recommend that a watcher stand at least 20 feet away (30 would be better), not pace around the cops, and not harass them with rhetorically questions, and lastly comply when the ask you to move away.
In this case, it might be sufficient to be concise. "She confronted the cops. She shouldn't have."
No it's not enough. EA sells this shit and their stock goes up. Unreal.
This may not be precisely up TD's alley, but there's a real problem of customers not understanding that EA's business model of shit = profit is working wonderfully. Disposable consumers and, um, "liquidating" title loyalty.
I got a SimCity 4 from a pirate named Joe. It crashed constantly, but my test drive pleased me. Thinking the pirate were distributing nastyware, I went and bought SimCity 4 + Rush Hour. It crashed constantly. I realized the pirates were perfect, and EA was the nasty.
They appeared content to let the modders fix the problems they knew about, e.g., opera house & traffic routing.
That was it; SimCity 4 is actually the epitome of crapware to me. Haven't paid EA since.
I think it's quite clear that EA still doesn't accept there is any great problem. If there was, they would have stop sales. Instead, EA says "this is how we make our money. We bring you Hell, we bring you high water, you only need to click 'buy now'."
