I don't see a reading where that comes out. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Critical_point_(thermodynamics)
This mostly talks about the boundries between liquid and vapor. Do you have a reference for solid liquid boundries?
I am not sure that a study base on Coca-Cola's happiness barometer would be good for your tenure chance. This was a press release and had nothing about the survey questions or how the respondants were chosen. It also says Mexican people are the world's happiest.( US is 6th)
As has been pointed out in other articles, copyright violation is a civil matter so in the third case what he is doing is not illegal. It was ruled as violating the WOW copyright and so the person can be enjoined form making the program available and liable for damages.
If due process is never a bad thing then the rest of your paragraph is pointless. What you are really saying is that due process is never a bad thing as long as it is my due process.
Try glasses or contacts, I understand they help. First, time shifting is not pirating you are allowed to do this. Second, this is changing the terms of the item I bought after I bought it. They cannot do this no they should not ever be able to do it unless they would like to refund your purchase price on you hardware.
Nothing in the article says the student would be punished because of privacy issues. It says the school could not do what the students did because of privacy issues. The student might be punished because he violated a rule against using your cell phone during the day.
Re: "I don't want to pay for what I bought, so let's not."
If you are just talking about phone calls they already have that. You pay a set amount and when you use it up the phone will no longer accept or receive calls until you pay an additional amount.
No file sharing is not a crime. If it is my content and I share it no crime is committed. Even if it is infringing content it is a civil matter and still not a crime. The amount of damages or cost does not make it a crime so the songwritters and you are wrong.
Free bad service is still bad service. People don't want to use a bad service free or not. Plus all the comments ignored the fact that the company is fixing the numbers by using upload speed to increase their total speed. If the government is going to give up public spectrum and supply the money then why not have the government run it.
"While Apple is trying to throw its weight around for its own benefit, what its doing may not necessarily be illegal...."
So how do you suggest that the Government decide if it is illegal without launching hearings?
