What about Urban Dictionary? Or maybe TV Tropes? Know Your Meme? Once you get someone to write some information on those sites, then it's likely that Carreon will sue them as well. Though I'm betting that he'll be dead if he even take on TV Tropes...
So we could have Congress on the action, but they can't take anything out of the room, and now Canada and Mexico getting some action on the Partnership but denied any sorts of talks into the negotiations?
Really, when are we going to see some form of transparency out of this?
Uh, as a Floridian and someone who doesn't law, what is Carreon blabbing in his second demand? Then again, why is he using California law when... man, this guy is giving me a headache trying to figure out the complexity of this amount of stupid.
All of this is making me want to shout to Carreon "everything you know is wrong!" Seriously, this guy tries, but he's fighting an evolving creature that's kinda unforgiving. If he has any smarts left in that head of his, he should stop and look at the situation he is in before he does any further damage. Maybe taking a breather instead of frantically digging will help understand what is going on and maybe, just maybe, he could redeem whatever he has left of himself (but that's a bit of a stretch at this point...)
Really Carreon, listen to us. Sure we like to egg you, but you REALLY got to stop before you blow up! ... But if you don't want to listen, then keep on digging. It'll be fun to watch you explode into a million pieces once you lose everything in this fight.
OK, somehow I'm kinda imagining a sort-of contrast between Phoenix Wright and Carreon (after reading an above comment). Here are the differences:
Wright: has the ability to pull off turnabouts that are capable of helping him win each cases with little to no evidence, point out contradictions and is capable of finding the real murderer after taking several beatings (figuratively and literally) in and out of the courtroom
Add on to the symbolism to their names (Wright being a metaphorical phoenix due to his nature of coming back from the brink of defeat, and Carreon sounding like an animal carcass), you got the two sides of the defense attorney's coin in how to be a good attorney (if you're not a butt monkey) and a bad lawyer.
Prepare the ovens, we got ourselves a roast coming on!
Gah! Who told you about my ripping tags scheme?! Don't make the RIAA stop me from ripping all of those tags from those beds! I'll make sure to rip ALL of them! ... Provided if they haven't been ripped yet, of course!
Sorry... I have a bit of a literal mind, taking things and processing them... well, literally, in my head. Still, I get the EU part, but not Europe as a whole, since I know not all of Europe is part of the EU.
I believe this is a little off-topic, but I might consider making my own presidential campaign for the next election in 2016. If, somehow miraculously, I win the office, one of my first orders of business is to get rid of the people like Ron Kirk and tried them for something (not sure what the court will take, but if treason is "good" enough). Once I have them out, I could either appoint someone that will make sure nothing like this happens again, or I could abolish it to prevent anything like this happening from again.
... Yeah, I'm not going to get away with something like that, but hey if these people aren't following the Constitution, then why can't I?
Well it's kinda a good thing my parents have a different Internet plan, but I fear that some of the things we're doing on our Internet is being control by the RIAA/MPAA already. Don't know if it's true, but I can't wait to see the lawsuits that are going to come out of this!
"The paradigm Google wants to foster is one that asserts that the booty-shakin’ college girl video has the same intrinsic value as the Emmy Award-winning TV show and that the value of either will only be determined by the number of hits each receives in cyberspace."
And yet somehow, I would watch the booty-shaking college girl as opposed to the Emmy Award show. It all depends on what the show is and what it is about. If it matches my likes, then I will watch it. Otherwise, the guy's spouting nonsense. But we could dream we could get an Emmy-winning booty shaker, can we?
Man, my head is hurting from slamming against a digital wall and desk from the amount of stupidity. If it weren't that that it's making me lose brain cells (or hitting said objects in real life), it's reading their explanation. It just makes you stupid reading how these people don't know anything about the Internet! Granted I don't have that much knowledge but at least I have the basics and I am learning some new stuff everyday. If these people do take the time out to actually research (shock!) the people using the Internet and the sites these people are using instead of relying on just one source of information, then we wouldn't have these stupid comments in the first place!
But sadly it will never happen and the cycle will continue no matter how hard we try to knock some intelligence into these people. Until that day comes, I will search the Internet for the things they proclaimed and see if I can find some cat videos that aren't stupid.
Man, you're delusional to get two TOTALLY different people, with one who doesn't have an account on this site, mixed up. ... Or are they? I don't know; the Internet works in mysterious ways.
From the sound of it, I would like to send them something about maybe cutting back the copyright period by... a lot (hopefully for 25 years max). But knowing how corrupt the system is, it's extremely likely they'll never listen to a poor person like me.
... They'll probably lock me up for suggesting such an idea, maybe call me a pirate in the process.

Wright: has the ability to pull off turnabouts that are capable of helping him win each cases with little to no evidence, point out contradictions and is capable of finding the real murderer after taking several beatings (figuratively and literally) in and out of the courtroom
Carreon: goes about citing that he has been victimized by a cartoonist's drawing of his client's "mother," go to major news stations and websites and talks about about being hacked by the man you're trying to sue, filed a lawsuit against Inman, IndieGoGo, the American Cancer Society AND the National Wildlife Federation, also filing a restraining order too late, and his wife goes on a trolling rampage on a tech news site, complaining about random conspiracies, pasting odd poetry, and linking to a site I can't access. (due to it being block, and thank God for that!)
