And to the team at TD:
We are the privileged ones - reaping the rewards of your efforts to expose technology issues that we should all be aware of. We enjoy the work of Mike, and Dark Helmet, and Tim and all the other kids living in the basement of Floor 64.
We also enjoy the great entertainment provided by many of the trolls who live under the TD Bridge - the level of effort that some put into their work is far better than anything on cable these days.
And for pure entertainment - you can't beat the folks out there making a name for themselves - particularly when that name becomes somewhat of a meme - we now know that digging a hole is the "Carreon Effect"; that Prenda gives us popcorn-worthy stories every time; and that Cognitive Dissonance is not a mental disorder, but rather a prerequisite for certain political positions.
Your stories have given us Executives that have given new meaning to "Tone Deaf"; Profiteers have explored astronomical rate hikes and reaped the wrath of the net; and more new lawyer jokes than a school of comedy could ever use.

This battle will last for decades
Point/Counter-point
A "Tangible" makes it handed off to the new owner; you can't keep a book and sell it to someone else; same with a "Disk" that must be in the device to be played.
An "Intangible" can be copied; you sell it, and you keep it.
Of course, the "Disk" could be copied - but online ID/MAC/IP tracking/registration makes doing so blockable via DRM and its ilk.
This just puts blind fear into some folks. And that blind fear blocks all rational thought.
Someone should tally all the legal expenses involved in all the cases - probably enough to have built a working starship by the time this is over.

Unfortunately
Destroying the internet is in the best interests of our politicians and their paymasters. Having a limited media back under control and squashing all this citizen communication would be seen as a total win for them.

Or use other court rulings
As courts have ruled that parody sites are clearly fair use, just rename it to ANTI-Bluebook and go for it. It is clearly a parody of their high-priced version.

At least they won't have to worry
about cord cutters anymore.
The executives can be happy in their 1950's world of 3 channels..
Although the inevitable outcome does scare the hell out of me... thousands of CBS workers all losing their jobs, watching their pension funds being decimated by all the golden parachutes filling the skies over their heads..

You missed his point..
... it has NOTHING to do with what a "patient" can afford; it has to do with what the patients "Insurance" can afford - so if the patients insurance can't afford it, then obviously the patient needs better insurance.
Health care hasn't given a rodent's hind quarters about patient affordability in years...
And don't forget - there is minimal short-term profit in a cure - but maximum long-term profit in treatments...

And they are still ignoring facts.
They believe this is a "millennials" issue and are watching that stat. Well, wake up folks. I Cut the Cord, and Dropped the Dish. I use streaming services. And I'm 62.

Square Root of Negative 1 ??
INRE: "... has significantly less trust in the entire system..."
Well, since many of us have NO trust in the system now, does significantly less than that move us into Irrational Numbers? Or more appropriately into "Infinite Improbability" mode???
we WERE going to invest $20B - but since these rules are killing us, we're only able to invest $8B... see how horrible it is? Why, we'll barely make a profit (after campaign contributions, that is...)

I watched with glee as Verizon installed fiber - not only in my neighborhood, but right through my property. Their repeater was on the pole in MY yard.
So, I called to order. "Not available in your area".
