I really don't think there's enough room on the interwebs for that info. When was the last time politicians voted FOR the people's will? All of them support the wishes of whomever gives them the most money. That's why they all seem to "flip-flop" at a moments notice.
I give money directly to the artists I like, by going to their shows and buying their merch. That's the ONLY way to give money directly to the artists.
For the guy a few posts above, until we get a way we can *EASILY* purchase/play movies/games/music without jumping through the hoops of DRM, then and ONLY then, will pirating fully stop. Currently, it takes more effort to buy something than it takes to download, there's where the problem REALLY lies.
Technically, your congressman/woman or District Representative is supposed to represent your views in Congress. The only problem is they only represent the person that pays them the most...which tends to be big business (RIAA, MPAA)
For me, I continue to boycott the RIAA and MPAA by not going to movies...I can wait until they come out on TV as there's nothing worth seeing in the theaters now.
I don't buy any music from an artist that deals with the RIAA. I go to local shows and buy the CD's at the schwag booth for the artists I like. I'll buy CD's at stores (I use riaaradar.com to check if an artist is a member of the RIAA or not before buying their music.) for non-RIAA affiliated artists.
If you're just going to have 50 different newscasters all read the identical script, why not just have a single newscaster do it, and air it directly on all those other stations.
That would mean 49 other newscasters would be out of a job. We're supposed to be creating jobs, not destroying them!!!

The carriers already know what sites your visiting and where your phone is based on what cell tower you're connected to.
If I want to go somewhere and I don't want Big Brother to know, I leave my phone at home and walk/take public transit.
