I think the law violates the idea that copyright should encourage creation of more works. And it violates common sense that once you buy something, it is yours.
I really love this blog, but your literal reading of the nobully site is deceptive. I agree the online bully laws are misguided and broad, but you need to help correct these flaws in the laws instead of just shouting from the stands.

They also prevent certain mobile browsers, Opera, are forced to use a dated version of the search interface.
Even the desktop version of Opera is prevented from using the same search features for no reason. If you tell Opera to pretend to be Firefox it works fine.
I don't see why this would be unconstitutional. The law needs a revision but I think that citizens should be allowed to force government action on certain issues since they obviously tend to favor acting only on the behalf of a large company.
