Someone should start one of them Whitehouse petitions to get them to see the true records of Hollywood accounting. Maybe we are't in a deficit at all if we follow their rules...
Re: Re: Re: You fight back by living long and living well
That is like saying, "If its a legitimate rape, the body has ways of rejecting that..." I have been to the edge and kept myself from going over. I have had to wake each morning coming up with reasons to why I should bother facing the day. Wishing it were me that died, not my loved ones. Some times the mental drain is too much and some people, can't fight it. Yes, sometimes a failed suicide is a cry for help, sometimes its a person, who someone didn't know cared that much, stepping in and taking the gun out of your hand. You do NOT know what this kid was going through, you can't even fathom the pulls he had to fight. Yes he hurt his family and loved ones. Yes he took the easy way out. Yes, there is no undoing what is now set in stone. I can not blame him for his death, but pity him, for feeling it was his only way out.
It depends on how and when it was sold, if the country has an imbargo from your country (IE france having an imbargo on Lybia) then yes, your company broke a law. Not for selling the software but for breaking the embargo.
its more of, it took longer for them to do this than it did when they investigated Microsoft, and Microsoft was actually found to be in violation. The cost for the american public considering it was Google competitors bringing the charges was wasted.
You are not renting the album, you are hiring a digitized version of the singer to sing specifically for you. They wont sing if anyone else can possibly hear it. They get stage fright.
One would think that, if you don't want your employees doing something on the internet, you would block it. its quite simple to block torrent sites and porn sites. What is your next theory?

"Oh, REAL ORIGINAL. First, I don't respond to endless time-wasting questions by fanboys who I'm not going to convince."
Spoken like someone who doesn't bother to read responses yet feels the need to let people know how no one bothers to see your side of the situation. A conversation, at least an intelligent one, needs to have both sides listen, so obviously you are not holding up your end of the conversation.
My current home town (not too far from Newtown) now has a police officer at every entrance of every school. The plan is to install electronic locks and cameras at every door. They need to buzz people in They then have a a team off full time substitute teachers who they will use to monitor it on shifts. nightshift security guards will monitor it over night (they already have this force do to gang violence in recent years)
Re: Re: Re: @ AC: "saying all gun manufacturers are secondary liable"
Ok, lets use this one then...
The guy who built the H bomb....he knew the H bomb had one use, and that is to kill millions of people. Is he responsible for the deaths it caused? So that guy or group of people are mass murderers?
Compared to your theory where a guy who most likely got contracted to build a file sharing site (just an FYI, not all file sharing sites share infringing materials) he does so then gets called to court because the guy who contracted him now uses his code to run a site where "illegal" file sharing can possibly happen?
Ok, lets get the guy that created CDs, USB drives, hard drives, photo copiers, printing presses, etc.
OotB, you are just a moron, do us a favor for Christmas, shut up unless you have something to actually contribute, something that actually has some sort of solid ground to stand on. Seriously man, you are gonna get hurt.
