If they allow people to photograph the dishes and share them, others will just eat the photos instead of going to the restaurant. That could cost America trillions of jobs and hundreds of dollars.
Now now, don't be so hard on the guy. This is just all a big misunderstanding. He's basically saying that if we let someone tell others people what to eat without a license, then an Tahitian witch doctor will come to your house and cut your penis off while you sleep.
"Ah, poor whiny Pirate Mike. I picture him stomping his feet like my toddler, saying, "I don't like it!" And then he falls on the floor crying.

Copypasta trolling, LOL. This could be posted about anyone in any article on the internet ever without mattering what the article is about. Just change the name!
Where as we can name that big label song by Shakira. What was it? Oh yeah, "Greasy Tits song", I think was the name... or was it "Shakira dances spastically semi naked song..."
According to Wikipedia, the main purpose of uTP is to regulate the torrentz's bandwidth hogging so that your browser doesn't completely freeze while you have Torrents downloading/uploading.
Sounds like a decent thing. Probably not vital though, I guess you can disable it if you really want that episode of X right now and aren't actively browsing the internet.
