There's this old joke about two guys in the woods and a bear appears. On guy starts putting on his tennis shoes and the other guy says, "What are you doing, you can't outrun a bear, and the other guy says "I just have to outrun you."
I am distraught that the Republicans are going to take the lead on internet freedom and steal what should be a Democratic strength. But the Democrats have been corrupted by Hollywood and lawyer money so even if they do end up taking a better position than the Republicans, it will only be by a little bit, because they don't have to outrun the bear, just the other guy.
It's great information and certainly interesting, but I wouldn't call her disclosure transparency because, unlike my government, she doesn't owe me anything.
It would be much better if facebook created the tags as drafts and only attached them to the photos for others to see if and when the account owners approved them.
If I ran MIT's website I would give this kid a summer job for the positive reinforcement, and as a gentle rebuke of the UCF administration. Ha, take that reactionary gatekeepers!
If I ran UCF's website I would just modify the site to break his app every few days until he got sick of constantly updating it, not to mention getting texts from angry customers. Ha, take that smart-ass whippersnapper!
I'm with the plaintiff on this one. It's clearly a knock-off and the studio obviously borrowed the cases to study and copy them. until the end, I was sure this story was going to be about how Hollywood studios only respect their own IP and rip off anyone else they care to.

1. Band embeds YouTube video on its website.
2. Band visits their own site, sees video was taken down.
3. Band complains.
So either:
A. Band embedded an illegal video on their own site, or
B. Band issued a takedown notice on their own legitimate video!
Which it is, vomit launchers?
