Thats the one thing I do not like about my Android phone is that it does not run Chrome. It would be very use full to have a striped down version of Chrome on my phone. Right now I have to use SkyFire much better than "web" but I do not want the send to Twit and face book junk. Also being able to sync my book marks between my phone and home computer would be great.
They needed engineers to place a drive shaft with a clutch that connects to a generator with enough resistance at the speeds it will be stopping from. They could have asked any of the DIY electric car communities to do it.
It seems like UFC is making a bad mistake here. If they claim that they control the copyright over a fight that took place in the crowd and was filmed by someone in the crowd. Then it would be reasonable that they were endorsing an unsanctioned UFC fight at the event since they control everything going on in the arena.
This could possibly make it easier to open UFC to liability for any injuries caused at the event. The reason for this is because they treat the fight in the crowd just like they would if it was a sanctioned UFC fight but did not have signed wavers for the two crowd fighters.
The solution is not to use gift cards the solution is to not buy sony products and to legislate a minimum level of protection on stored consumer data. The minimum should not require a specific tech but have requirements that must be met using any means.
If you are really concerned about your CC# then use a CC# generating service provided by several Credit Card companies so the number will be expired by the time anyone could use it.
The Other OS feature did not allow the play of games or full access to the hardware but let you run the other OS. By removing the feature Sony gave people a reason to try and hack the system to bring back the feature they wanted, in doing so they unlocked the remaining portion of the hardware now allowing them to play unauthorized games.
If they claim that they do background checks on all persons as part of the service and they did not do one on this person they could open them selves to liability or at least breach of contract.
You can already tell that it was from the university hospital or medical center and most likely the patient was seen on the day of the post. If It was not at the university she would have been fired from any other location.

That was the point I was going to make it is a work for hire. There was no incentive to create the work if they were not specifically asked to create it and place it on the body of the individual who is paying them.
Its like a car company going to a graphic designer and asking them to design the look for a car bases off of X and will be paid Y. Who owns the work? The person who had it created for them as a work for hire.

For MT's example to be more correct it would need to read:
By stepping out in public it is mandated that one must be photographed and have the pics immediately placed on the net for anyone to do anything they want with it, in PUBLIC!!!!!
Teachers that "ban" wikipedia are the ones that I will only use wikipedia when doing work for there class, all I have to do is use the source that is used on wiki.
Italy making it easier to find content. Since they require infringing sites and links to be removed now all that someone needs to do is make an app(lication) that will search your chosen search engine and yahoo Italy, any links that popup on yahoo is removed from the results you are shown. That way you will only see known sites with infringing content.
