Anyone leaving their home WI-FI unsecured needs to be thoroughly chastised here. I cannot think of any reason that anyone would want to leave their private networks open beyond negligence. Surely, you only want people in your home to access your network?
We need a widespread education campaign on the dangers of leaving home WI-FI unprotected.
This the problem with modern politics. The people we elect can and will sell our interests down the river to maintain the bribes (sorry, donations) they receive from corporation.
To put a tech slant on things, the system is BSODing and needs an urgent restore.
"In other words, there IS no left wing in politics."
I totally agree, left wing has disappeared from politics. Even parties traditionally referred to as left wing can no longer be given that label. That is why I was so incredulous with that poster as, in the 30 years I have been alive, I have not seen a single left wing government in the Western world.
Left wing? Really? Has the Western world even seen a left wing government in the past 3 decades?
I'm talking the actual meaning of left wing, and not the meaningless phrase that right wing media like to throw about when they meet an idea they disagree with.
Blaming everything on Obama is like people in the UK blaming everything on Cameron. Every leader going back to Thatcher (at least) has had a hand to play in the problems of the UK. I am sure you can go back a similar length of time in the US to apportion the blame for modern problems.
The US is becoming a very scary place, a place I have increasingly little desire to visit, because of their flagrant disregard for human and civil rights.
Everyone has the exact same rights as everyone else. It should not matter what they are alleged to have done. Whether it is murder, terrorism, rape, child abuse - everyone should be entitled to the same due process.
I will probably be shot down for saying that but it is how I feel. Those processes are there for a reason.

I would not be surprised if that were the case, though. Maybe it's another FBI created threat that they failed to stop.

They do defend fair use
The rest of us can go and jump as far as they are concerned.
