I completely agree that anyone should be able to get married to whomever they want under the law. Under the church, though? That is completely different. No law can force doctrine on a church...it is writtin in the Constitution.
As far as I'm concerned Air-Freshner can die a quick death. I hate those little air fresheners anyway. The only people that use them are the same people who are too lazy to ever clean their car...so they smell like Evergreen Forrest AND moldy carpet. It's like people who smoke and then douse themselves with perfume/cologne...worst smell ever.
Untrue. Why? Because it is your personal, private property and the 4th amendment says that you don't have to submit to a search of your personal, private property without a warrent.

What do you mean, these days? You think anything has changed in the last millenium? News becomes history when it is accepted by the masses. If anything, news is becoming better because of social media...although, it still requires a discerning ear.
MSNBC is worse. Fox's news stories remain fairly free of bias. Now their opinion stories, that's another matter. But you woudln't know that since you never actually read fox news stories, do you? How about developing your own opinion.
I bet the courts that are deciding the case use wireless networks? Are they next on the list to get sued? Do you think they would use a court in Texas to sue the courts in Texas?
Re: China heading toward "perfectly competitive"...
I don't believe anyone around here thinks intellectual property rights should not exist. Most of us believe that they are currently being abused to limit competition. You need an education.
A well groomed garden is not an eye sore. a poorly groomed garden? Yes. I've seen peoeple get away with some truely aweful things in their front yards. I would take this woman's vegitable garden any day. Hell, I'd probably talk it up as a selling point if I were selling my house in her neighborhood.
