you do realize you are talking a matter of a few meters of correction between SPS and PPS. Not to mention you are confusing live navigation with determining distance by SPS coordinates, which at the worst case I could find was 25 feet. So an odometer reading off by .1 of a mile is a 160 meter discrepancy -vs- the 8 meter discrepancy of SPS, think i will take the latter.
the logical extreme would be assigning facebook brick and mortar criteria with credentialed access. And I would still much rather have that physical security accidentally block someone with valid credentials, over accidentally allowing unauthorized access.
just because some random two examples involve an aggrieved party, does not make the context accurate nor the conclusions appropriate.
.0000032 percent of the country were polled with 2 questions. If I am skeptical about anything its the usefulness of this data.
63% said government and businesses should not be allowed to share information, but 55% said those same businesses should be allowed to set their own standard.
You are either allowed to set your own standard, or there are guidelines imposed for your standard, like disallowing information exchange. But according to the poll, the government should not force businesses to meet the requirement of not exchanging information with the government.....right?
I'm going to try and raise $20,000 and instead send it to the National Wildlife Federation and the American Cancer Society.
So as long as they get 10k a piece I believe he has fulfilled all statements on the fundraiser. And if he ends up donating any overage to any number of other admirable causes, I hardly see how that will be proven as fraudulent.
Cary Sherman, RIAA boss, is testifying before Congress on Wednesday morning
tomorrow? and the post is based on what he said tomorrow?
To his credit, it appears that Sherman (or one of his PR handlers) has realized that the combative and confrontational approach he took right after SOPA and PIPA died.
That doesnt read as a complete sentence, but i have been wronger.
Yeah, it is seeming more and more like this deserves a follow up post. Falling 10% and your first few hours of underwriter-less trading is hard to positively spin.
Thank you kindly for asking my question, though I would have liked to get his opinion on the very small difference in price for the physical and electronic version, rather than just acknowledging that he has no role in the process.
was mighty nice of him to point to the paper, any author willing to point to free versions while selling the same is high quality, may just purchase a copy for that very reason.
the law firm is working without fee if not paying Voltage for the privilege of letting them go after this small set.
Since they have been in the shakedown business for a solid year now with nothing to show, the US Copyright Group has to find a way to prove their strategy profitable. As of now there are only downsides to their approach, thus not so many customers requesting the service.
If we could see the agreement for this latest round, I bet that Voltage is getting actual and potential revenue in exchange for little more than a head nod.
I hope there is something behind door number two, because if you are going in with only arguments of structure and metaphor, I'll start taking bets against you now. I think just about every Feist song ever fits your description of infringement from the information at hand.
