No, you're wrong, there is enough evidence to point you in the right direction for further investigation. You should check deeper to find the right person to sue.
I would probably support a subpoena to have the account holder questioned under oath and/or have their computer system examined by a neutral third party.
But, at the end of the day, the sueing entity, should really look at their business models before starting a course of sueing their customers.

It only seems like good trolling, as he's using emotionally loaded sentences to get a response, doesn't have much else to say except to spout his opinion. Must be a wanabee politician!
Of course, completely forgetting (or not bothering to do the research) that other touch screen smartphones existed before the iPhone. e.g. the LG Prada.
Nice try, would you like to point out where these posts are debunked ? Over the last couple of years, I've yet to see it myself, as pretty much every post that tries to rebutt Mike seems to be opinions with no hard evidence or even citations of reports.
You say that, but... Here in the UK, a couple of guys have been jailed for 4 years for 'incitement to riot' - they tried to get people to join in the riots on Facebook, but never actually managed to get the riot going !

No matter how good the parents, some kids are gonna get into trouble, so taking away their housing ain't gonna solve anything except create more homelessness and more street crime.
Hey, I generally only post once in articles and don't look back, although, that's probably because I'm in the UK and most comments are from the USA in a different time zone. I like to leave my opinion then scarper!

I hope you meant to add 'in a specific way, using this particular algorithm'. As I could think of multiple ways of doping this in code.
