How is it more difficult to read the widely used UDP protocol?
I think the simple answer would be when you are squirting bullshit out of both sides of your mouth at once, there is little brainpower left with which to craft an honest answer.
When it happens we must join forces and provide very deep pockets to the company that finds itself in the receiving end of the lawsuit.
The DOJ acting the part of the bully we all know them to be, will certainly wait for an easier target to go after.
If the DOJ thought they had a real case against Apple that they believed could be won, then they should take on Apple and let the case be settled on it's merits, and not on who they can steamroll.
When the time comes for a smaller company to stand up to the DOJ, I hope everyone capable will help provide financial assistance so the bullies will be put in their place.
The government is out of control, and the ignoramuses in charge are hellbent on stripping away the small remaining privacies we have left.
We must not allow that to happen. In this case, it would be wise to "think of the children" and the world they will be forced to live in if the government has its way.
Can there be any doubt what so ever that these grateful corporations which are going to make billions more as a result of TPP passing, will "repay" Obama after he leaves office by filling his pockets with a very high fee to appear at their functions as a speaker?
Perhaps now his desperation makes a little more "cents".
"The idea that these documents, widely discussed publicly and in the press, would magically be banned from use in a legal case that was brought on because of those revelations is a huge stretch."
Everything else in the "reality" of the MPAA is a stretch for any normal person... why should this be any different?

Too bad the ISPs and their ilk haven't been forced to sign up for binding arbitration like everyone else that has to use their services.
Circumvent the entire court process with an arbitrator paid for by the FCC.
