  I made this exact argument to Comcast at one point. They didn't seem to understand the concept of pro-rating services not received.

  on California Proposes Bill To Ban All Unlicensed Bitcoin Businesses, Without Even Defining What That Means
  Huh. And just when ransomware is making a huge impact on small businesses. I'm making a good chunk of coin navigating the bitcoin pain for the afflicted. Apparently, if this bill passes, they'll have to figure it out on their own.

  Not split... eliminate. Corporations should go back to pre-1855 rules. Let's start by overturning Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad and every single case that uses it as a precedent.

  Feinstein has never had a problem with lying.
  
  I can't decide whether she just doesn't understand that every word she says is suspect, or if she's being used as a fall-guy for the administration. Either way, her being point on this issue is not doing her any favors.
