Seeing as much of what Wikileaks exposed was not anywhere near the public's best interests, perhaps we should be looking at what qualifies as 'duly classified information' here.../div>
A good ruling on an issue that really needs to be dealt with. No matter where you stand on the copyright parts of the big trade agreements, we should all be able to agree that people's health shouldn't be compromised./div>
Power, which the government has, corrupts, and causes them to seek absolute power, which corrupts absolutely. Cliches are cliches for a reason, because they're true.
This is data for people there's no suspicion against. Not even an inkling of terrorism. Therefore there's no need for anti-terrorism group to have anything to do with the data./div>
But if it had been the end of the day, they would've already handled the dentist case, and could have just decided to use the same ruling. That wouldn't have been too much work either, so it doesn't really make much sense./div>
If we really wanted to get this fixed, couldn't we just start claiming they wanted to use the portraits for child pornography? Isn't that the legal precedent now?/div>
They're also setting a precedent where people don't mind if they just slightly increase the price without bringing in the benefit. How long til they slightly increase it again? It's the beginning of vicious cycle in some ways./div>
They're also adding more play-in games all the time. While not great opportunities, they are extra opportunities to advertise during the tournament. And lots of people who don't care at any other time will watch the tournament, whether it's because they're in a bracket pool, or because it's the championship. The same thing happens in other sports, like how my roommate only watches the world series because it's the championship of baseball. Championships draw in more viewers./div>
That's actually only a loose translation. The actual, and I think better fitting, quote was:
I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this—who will count the votes, and how./div>
