    I DID NOT FIND ANOTHER $79.00 CHARGE IN MY WACHOVIA ACCOUNT FROM JULY 10TH THANK GOD!!

    AMAZON $79.00 CHARGE

    WACHOVIA DID NOT HELP ME MUCH BECAUSE THE WOMAN I SPOKE TO SAID SHE COULD NOT HELP ME & TO CONTACT AMAZON OF THIS. SHE SAID I MUST HAVE ACCIDENTALLY CLICKED ON THE MEMBERSHIP. I KNOW DAMN WELL I DID NOT DO THIS!! I CALLED AMAZON. I SPOKE TO A MAN NAMED JOSEPH. HE SAID SINCE I PLACED AN ORDER & SOME OF THE ITEMS I RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING HE WASN'T ABLE TO REFUND ME. I TOLD HIM I NEVER ASKED FOR THE AMAZON PRIME SHIPPING CLUB!! I ALWAYS PAY FOR THE CHEAPER SHIPPING BECAUSE I DO NOT NEED MY ITEMS RIGHT AWAY!! HE THEN SAID HE WOULD PUT IN A REQUEST FOR A REFUND & WOULD EMAIL ME THE REQUEST & THE RESULTS. I AM BEING REFUNDED $79.00 IN 2-3 DAYS. I DECIDED TO TRY A LITTLE HARDER IN TRYING TO FIND WHERE THEY POSTED THE $79.00 CHARGE IN AMAZON SINCE I HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM IN THE PAST & WORRIED ABOUT PAST CHARGES.
    I CLICKED ON- YOUR ACCOUNT & NEXT SCROLLED DOWN TO SETTINGS. UNDER ACCOUNT SETTINGS I CLICKED ON MANAGE PRIME SETTINGS. SCROLL DOWN TO PAYMENT HISTORY & YOU WILL FIND MEMBERSHIP CHARGES THERE. NOT ONLY DID I FIND THE UNAUTHORIZED $79.00 CHARGE FROM TODAY BUT I ALSO FOUND ONE FROM LAST YEAR WHICH I CALLED AMAZON ABOUT & AM WAITING TO HEAR ABOUT THIS ONE. I HAD TO THREATEN THEM WITH A LAWSUIT SO WE WILL SEE. IN THE MEAN WHILE I NOTICED THEY TRIED TWICE TO CHARGE ME $79.00 ON JULY 10, 2009. IT WAS DECLINED BECAUSE I NO LONGER HAD THAT CARD NUMBER. ALSO ON JULY 10TH THEY SHOW THEY CHARGED MY NEW CREDIT CARD $79.00 BUT YET THEY ARE TAKING $79.00 OUT ON 17 AUGUST 2009. SO NOW I WILL HAVE TO INVESTIGATE MY WACHOVIA ACCOUNT FROM JULY 10TH. ALSO IT SHOWS UNDER MY AMAZON ACCOUNT THAT I AM NOT SET UP FOR AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. SO TELL ME HOW WAS IT THEY AUTOMATICALLY TOOK $79.00 FROM MY CREDIT CARD AS WELL AS TRYING TO ON A CREDIT CARD I NO LONGER HAD. AMAZON LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER. WHEN I REALIZED THE PRIME CUSTOMER LOGO I THOUGHT IT WAS FOR GOOD CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED ALOT FROM THEM. NO MORE!!
