We already have a way to take our music with us. If they want to control the cloud so much, I say let them have it. I'll be using my mp3 player anyway!/div>
Actually the first line of the article referenced is "The French Constitutional Council has approved a law that criminalizes the filming or broadcasting of acts of violence by people other than professional journalists." IT says "has approved a law" not "has proposed a law"/div>
Wouldn't staged violent acts already be covered by some other law. Even the one filming would be punishable as an accessory. right? So I don't see why this would be necessary at all./div>
I don't think the "if I record some of my friends ..." example is a good one. According to the original article, That's the exact reason they came up with the law in the first place. They called it "happy slapping" And yes, you filming your friends doing that it makes you an acomplice./div>
"Sure, there's a lot of useless junk on there, but that doesn't mean there aren't a few very useful videos as well."
While I don't agree with what they are doing, any useful video that you may be able to dig up on youtube can most likely be found elsewhere on the web./div>
If all it did was annoy people, why are they still doing it? Ad companies are not stupid. Yeah they try out some stupid things, but they only keep doing what works. It may annoy you and me, but women seem to love it! You gotta stop generalizing your own feelings onto everyone./div>

Especially when they don't seem to have even tried to get YouTube's side of the story. This could have been nothing more than some glitch. Did the guy even check it when he uploaded it. Maybe he screwed something up./div>
That's weird. When I had DirecTV it only went out when we had really heavy wet snow. Other than that it worked fine. Maybe 1 or 2 times a year at most. And then a quick brush off of the LNB was all that was required to fix it. Not a major problem in my book./div>
Most women who are offended by porn would usually say something along those lines. "It's full of smut" "It's just one big orgy" doesn't mean she saw it. It's just how she expressed it. Besides how do you know she was correct?/div>
I'm sick of people who have $$$!!!! They have their 3 HDTV's and their portable DC TV's 2 dishes etc etc etc. They never stop to think that not everybody can afford this stuff. In fact a large percentage can't.
And great. the Gov't will give me $50 credit towards a new tuner. (probably in our taxes) That means I need to come up with the money first THEN they'll give it back. And how much will these tuners cost? $100? Just great!
The whole thing is just stupid. The gov't trying to tell us what we need. I thought they were supposed to be working for us!/div>
And the world will not end if we DON'T switch over either. Now will it? Not everyone can afford to switch or want to switch. Some of us have other things we need our money for like feeding our kids, paying our mortgage and other nonessential stuff like that. Call me strange, but I think my kids need to eat long before I need to see a little clearer picture on my TV./div>
Davis I don't think you got the point of the article. They are talking about Best Buys' "corporate division." This would the people that work in their HQ. NOT the stores that you work in.This obviously would not work in a retail store. This is more the executives and accountants that you will never meet unless you move way up the company ladder. Have you ever been to the companies HQ? Do you know how things work there? As you said you just started there and have not even been trained yet. But you know all about how the whole company works? There's alot more to Best Buy than the store!/div>
