This is a pretty common occurrence in the video game industry, I don't think many people are going to care very much. Steam used to have this problem during every single major sale for years, and it was significantly worse. It's also not uncommon for games to have bad server issues when they launch. It's obviously not ideal, but this isn't an Epic problem, this is an industry problem. So I don't think most people will hold this against them. And I'd bet a significant percentage of people that do will do it simply because they aren't a fan of the Epic Games Store.
The left doesn't have much reason to come to the table on social issues. Young people are clearly more liberal on such things compared to previous generations. So worst case all we have to do is wait for baby boomers, America's failed generation, to start dying in larger numbers. Which is just around the corner./div>
It's my understanding Disney walked away from a potential purchase because of unchecked harassment and Twitter's poor reputation for allowing trolls and hate speech. This move appears to be in Twitter's best business interests./div>
Cuban is just pissed because his team isn't getting much coverage. That's because they are terrible now and have been mediocre since winning the title. The ratings stink too. Dallas fans, like me, are tired if it and tuning out. If he wants more coverage, then he needs to out a better product on the court./div>
I moved into a new apartment in Fort Worth, TX at the end of February, just a few weeks before Frontier took over for Verizon Fios(I either didn't know or had forgot Verizon had sold off their business in Texas). I knew when I signed the lease that Fios was our only option, and I was ok with that because they offered great speeds and everybody I knew that had Fios said good things about them. But Frontier took over and they fucking suck. And I'm stuck with them. Constant slow speeds, shitty customer service, billing issues, etc. I love this apartment, but the incredibly terrible Internet service makes this difficult, especially since I don't have pay TV service. Looks like I'll be moving when my lease is up./div>
Does he deserve 18 years? Absolutely. There isn't a valid reason to question that, at least not that I've seen. Now whether or not the law was applied properly I can't say. But he deserves everyday of his sentence. Whenever this man dies, the world will be a better place./div>
Both parties are not legally allowed to have sex. Your hypothetical does not apply here. They were selling minors for sex. This isn't a morally gray area./div>
Turning minors into prostitutes is not a victimless crime. The sex act itself was statutory rape since the child was fifteen and the john was twenty-one. Making money off rape is a crime with a victim./div>
Normally I agree, but so far it doesn't look like Marvel overreacted in any way. They took down the shit version and put up a better quality version for people to watch and link to. It's almost a perfect reaction. I really don't get the criticism this time./div>
I don't feel any blog should be legally required to keep anyone anonymous unless they agree to do so of their own free will. That being said, I would be wary to trust site that outs anonymous commenters when they are not legally required to do so./div>
For me that is how it works right now with Steam and it's game sales. I rarely buy a full priced game. But if it's on sale for what I consider a value, I'll buy on a whim./div>
Ima Fish, from my understanding that only applies in the case of accidents. Which as a long time server/bartender, I actually have no problem with it. I shouldn't serve people to the point of being shit faced.
But this New Jersey case seems to have the potential to expand that to simple DUIs in which the bar can be sued by the driver if he/she simply gets pulled over and arrested. That I don't agree with at all./div>
As a Cowboys fan, I love this. This brings a little bit of joy into what is an otherwise dreadful season topped off by the Packers and Steelers playing the Super Bowl in my hometown.
Also Dark Helmet, Redskins are NFC East, not AFC./div>
Not a big deal.

What about Hulkamaniac?
Now I think him filing lawsuit is petty and foolish either way, I'm just curious./div>
I love this. (as Josh O.)
