schools have in loco parentis, they act as parents during school, it isn't a violation of the law if the mother/father go thru it, therefore not a violation if the school does it, this will have to be figured out by the court to establish boundaries/guidelines etc.../div>
these filters are a waste, they are used to make the company feel like they are in charge of their networks, I know a website, that will be blocked as "Adult, Lingerie, Porn" by the filter, but the site is actually a game site, for a WW2 FPS shooter mod/div>
sorry need an edit button, the difference between this pizza tracker crap and fed ex, ups etc.. is those are really tracked by bar code, when it tells you scanned into the DFW shipping warehouse or scanned out of the warehouse, they mean it/div>
not strange at all, sometimes at my shop, guys have brought food or bought something from the fridge fund we have, but we have no drinks at the time, so they order a couple 2 liters from the pizza place to be delivered/div>
amazing, never heard of firefly, not surprising our trademark systems that let "Website Gadget" be a real trademark, stopped the use of gadgets when yahoo bought the company korn out/div>
I agree, completely asinine that you "have" to connect to the net to be able to play, or "Authenticate" the game you bought and some will not play at all with out a valid internet connection detected
it also shows we need to rewrite those shrink wrap EULAs, which we cant even read till the package is open and then non returnable to the store, cause we opened the package/div>
I too have slowed use of it, as it is filled with that crap, I dont about your farm or fish or war or dragon you need help with, freaking facebook,/div>
I would admire them more, if they had publicly came out years ago and refused to enter the Chinese market at all, but wait, China spends American dollars and they wanted it, now they want to stand up and seem to have developed morals and "take a stand", ridiculous, they want the attention of being a "good" company to try to make more money, greed as usual nothing new here/div>
I would hope this gets struck down, this on some level feels like a violation of evidence rules, as neither side can control nor be aware of what or why the juries are looking something up, what idiots blog or craptastic wikifullofshite story they read and put more truth in some conspiracy nutjobs website about whatever the case is
There are good reasons why jurors are not supposed to read newspapers or watch the news or discuss the case outside the courtroom, they do not need the influence of speculating news stories and internet instant stories/div>
Freedom of speech is an Ideal, not something wrote down in stone that no one under heaven may change, it does have limits, limits that may be getting tighter everyday, some good, some bad, but mainly people do not think before they speak, or write
scream fire in a theater and see how fast your arrested, then try to argue you have a first amendment right to free speech
@Trevor, fine, then you go find yourself *insert minority here* and start screaming *insert racial things here* and when he/she/it/mob pounds a mudhole in your backside and when they get found not guilty of assault due to you inciting the violence with your hate speech, it truly will be completely ridiculous right?/div>
