If you're traveling for the upcoming holidays, you might think that a "passenger bill of rights" is supposed to have kicked in already, so you don't have to worry about being stuck on a plane sitting on the runway for more than 4 hours. That probably won't happen, but if the weather is bad, be prepared to have your flight canceled instead.
