Let me see if I understand this correctly. We have this company, that appears to be run by some institutionalized individual(s), begging for more rope with which to hang themselves?
And their opponent(s) is/are represented by renowned 1st Amendment Lawyer Marc Randazza?
Reminds me of swatting flies with a sledgehammer, those poor fools.
Why in the world do you come here and exhibit your lack of intellectual prowess? Do you just have a driving need to show people just how stupid you are? I guess I'm just not smart enough to figure out how you can be so ridiculously ignorant.
The facts as I understand them. Randazza told the guy running for Nevada Senate seat that he would donate to his campaign and vote for him, if he pushed an Anti-Slapp bill should he be elected.
If that is bribery, then a heck of a lot of people need to be indicted. Grover Norquist, the Koch brothers, George Soros, every local, State, and National party leader, and a large chunk of the American population. I am guilty as well, since I told a US Senator that I would donate to his campaign and vote for him if he supported the Second Amendment. Guess I better be getting things in order, since apparently I'm guilty of bribing a US Senator.
And second try, since I have posting difficulties.
From Wikipedia: "Justin C. Jones is a Democratic member of the Nevada Senate, elected in 2012."
That means he was not a member of the Nevada Legislature at the time Randaza promised to vote for him and support his campaign. I have sent e-mails to various candidates promising to vote for them, and support their campaign, if they promised to support the Second Amendment, and I'm pretty sure such actions are normal.
The following is at the bottom of the referenced Roca page. May be new?

"A drone is autonomous and could easily have sanity checking behavior to fall back on and if it loses the signal do something safe like return to base or slowly land. Ah technophobia."
You mean like the drone captured by the Iranians that fooled it into landing?
"FAA has regulatory and oversight authority over civil aircraft operations. Public aircraft operations are conducted by or on behalf of many different government agencies and departments, including state and federal, from the Forest Service and the DOI, to the Justice Department to the U.S. military. By statute, authority for the safety oversight of these operations belongs to the agency or department responsible for the operation."

No, hell no! The Second Amendment to the US Constitution confirms our right to own firearms, it doesn’t "Allow" it.
That's like saying the only rights we have are those allowed by the US Government.
