What you say here is a perfect example of why PPL dont care about copyright, and never will. And as the copyright cartel pushes for greater and greater measures to be put in place that flies in the face of reality, the wedge between consumers and CONTENT PROVIDERS will greatly expand. (I feel that there is not much they can do to make amends to the consumer. The damage has been done.)
No weaseling at all. If they approved MP3Tunes to be able to:
"All songs . . . are pre-licensed for use on your site. Simply browse, find music you like, and copy it to your page."
And I am sole/partial owner of the site to then say well your site can use it but you cant is just absurd. I was approved to distribute the music via my website.
" is like trying to tapdance drunkenly on a hypodermic needle filled with cyanide that is the size of your pinkie."
Trying to be funny/smart fail, just sounds stupid.

Blah blah blah wah wah wah. Shut the fuck up blue.
"I've MANY times stated" You have stated many times crazy bullshit that is out of this world, and done nothing to advance your cause. You are a lame troll who's comments I dont even read anymore. I just go for the report button.
So now even if you post a well thought out [fighting off laughter] well presented viewpoint... no one will listen... ever. You made your bed you crazy fuck now live with it.
"I agree as above that EMI should have total control of WHO is authorized, SO if the sticking point is: "are pre-licensed for use on your site", and Robertson wasn't explicitly authorized, then HMM on the consent."
These were designed to be used in war. Whenever you take something that was designed for war and use it at home it is a slippery slope. Next thing ya know they will be using LRAD here at ... wait what? Oh. At least we dont see armored... what? Those too? Well at least we dont see guards with automatic weapons and flack jackets... really?
