The only person coming off as a whiney little bitch is yourself. So yes... you fail.
What if hotmail or gmail decided to scan attachments in emails for copyrighted works? What if your camcorder stopped recording the instant copyrighted music was played in the background?
BTW why use quotes around "content". Are you trying to argue what constitutes content? Or are you just using random punctuation to intentionally sound more like a douchenozzle (It's working!)?
This, coupled with the fact that their arguement of "we represent the artists" has been debunked from the numerous instances of artist having to sue them to get royalties, should push them further into obsolescence.
Before we criticize this based on its functionality and usefulness, I think some lip service should be paid to Amazon for trying to innovate a little bit and trying to add more functionality to its system. It is nice to see a company takes some chances.

Ummmm quite wrong. I just shipped my Xbox out and back with UPS, all paid for by Microsoft. They may use DHL from time to time for mass transit of goods, but their refurb program uses UPS exclusively AFAIK.
While the ACORN scandal deserves intense scrutiny, so does this. The nearly criminal handling of the extreme failures by Sequoia should be making national headlines right along side the election. But because so many people so high up have screwed up, there is no real accountability. Many areas will be voting on these flawed pieces of crap that actually have a very significant chance of adversely affecting the election, and very few people will actually be aware.

Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords out is no basis for a system of government. True executive power is derived from a mandate from the masses, not some farcical aquatic ceremony!
I can't wait to have a kid so I can:
Keep my house non childproof
Teach them to ride bikes without a helmet
Let them learn for themselves that stoves can be hot
Play full contact sports
Make them eat their dinner, whether they like it or not
Beat them when they're bad
Kick them out of the house on nice days
Give them slingshots and bb guns
Let them play at neighborhood construction sites

Yay...
Leaving a copy machine free for anyone to use at a library doesn't encourage copying whole books.
Having files in a share folder does not equal distributing them.
Duh... freaking asshats at the RIAA.
