The comment about Shaw's account being "compromised" is a response to Shaw's parents' claim (and Shaw's herself) that their child's Facebook account was hacked.
Perhaps the NSA is running an OP that hacked her account?
Of course if they are questioned regarding this, the accusation will be denied.
Based on the NSA's record of truth telling, this will confirm the covert operation.
>I think that our best hope is to elect politicians so completely full of shit that their BS is instantly recognizable as such, which means we actually know the opposite is the truth.
So, will Senator Feinstein call for an investigation into her own leak? Will she call herself a traitor?
I think Feinstein has long since sold her dignity, discarded her moral compass, and offloaded her self respect.
It is folly to even consider she has any introspection what so ever, and would care what the "little people" (citizens) think of her.
There is no way she would believe what she did to be wrong, and even if it was pointed out to her in no uncertain terms she would still deny any wrongdoing.
She considers herself above the law and incapable of doing anything illegal.
I just sent my second email to them and returned back here to find your response.
You have an excellent idea and I will use it if further communication with them occurs. It is not out of the realm of possibility that one of my children could attend that college.
I did receive an "Out of Office" response from one of the recipients, but nothing else thus far.
>At the very least, the US government should provide an answer as to whether or not it will respect the freedom of American journalists to come back into their own country
I think Holder and the DOJ has already given their answer. It is fairly plain to see if you stop and think about it.
It's no surprise that an FBI boss is going to obviously talk up his own power to spy on everyone, but it's rather shameful he tried to avoid those questions prior to getting the job
The bigger shame are the politicians that let him slide on those questions and approved his nomination anyway.
Normally I too would laugh at something as ridiculous as this cease and desist order.
However, as previously pointed out my many others here, that carpet pattern need to disappear. In that vein of thought, I say thank you to the carpet company for their attempt at stopping the reproduction of that horrible pattern and potentially saving the eyesight of hundreds (if not thousands) of good folk.
With all of the lies told by everyone from the NSA, politicians, oversight committees, and the administration in general, does anyone else wonder if the documents they are releasing now are the ones they are really relying on and using to subvert the law?
How can we trust anything these people say, do, or propose to do?
when President Obama's administration puts sympathetic insiders on the board set to review all of these programs and their abuses, it teaches us that the man holding the highest office in our land thinks we're all very, very stupid.

Interesting Follow up
On the day the original article was posted on TD, I sent an email to the president of the JC.
The email was fairly polite and mostly inquired as to her familiarity with the 1st Amendment and the Constitution in general.
I suggested it would be wise for her and the school staff to read the document.
There was never got a reply to my email. I am however, going to send another one based on this current article.
Not holding my breath while awaiting a reply.
