Or would a judge avoid that question if its resolution does not inform her ultimate decision?
What's bizarre is that this commercial holds up LV as the epitome of luxury and yet LV is complaining. Would someone please use national television to make my company's logo as synonymous with quality engineering? Please, anyone! Go right ahead! I won't sue you, I promise!

The Arab Spring was largely against corruption that impedes social mobility. The US and UK do have more social mobility than other countries but it's decreasing, and to think that capitalism and democracy can't have corruption on a widespread scale is to miss the cause of many recent failures.
