The sentence, " But that isn't always the case and I am certainly not above galloping to the rescue of a huge corporation with so much cash in its coffers that it would make Scrooge McDuck would blush. ", has a grammatical error. This part in particular, "...would make Scrooge McDuck would blush." Also, the sentence itself is a run-on sentence./div>
Tinfoil hat: It could be purposeful.By looking like they are doing something, they ease discontent. At the same time, they don't upset congress (or their donors) to much. In addition to getting a temporary cash infusion./div>
I'd argue Bluetooth is far, FAR to insecure. Line of sight laser links would be more useful. At least, until someone did a audio scan of the typewriter. The pattern wouldn't be that hard to discern./div>
Yes, there was a choice. Don't have children. THAT in itself is a choice. I have made the active, conscious choice to not have children ever. I refuse to contribute to overpopulation. I refuse to bring someone into a world where there is a VERY real chance of them starving. I grew up starving. There were times we didn't even have a house. They had privilege and made a incredibly reckless decision to give up good paying, STABLE jobs. All for a ideal that in the long run has put their families into jeopardy. I will concede some of their marriages were unequal and their quitting merely brought out that inequality. But at the same time they have no standing to complain. And the job market will gradually become worse. Automation, for good or ill, will make many jobs both redundant and wasteful./div>
If you feel strongly about a issue, don't protest. It's become a ineffectual way to do things. Even if someone notices you, you'll be forgotten in a few weeks. Our country is mostly based on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plutocracy now. If you feel that this issue is important enough, you have 2 options, neither are very nice. You can create a lobby and slowly attempt to effect the changes you want. Or you can find a path that leads you to those that are causing the changes and try to convince them it's not in their financial interests./div>
That spongebob has been viewed 1,360,000,000 more times than the stated views for BET AND MTV related media. This, I submit, proves that MTV SUCKS. :p/div>
Only if they aren't performing something like a Man in the middle attack. I totally support this bill. When things become so oppressive that people are being beaten on the street for taking photos, people will be forced to realize they brought it on themselves./div>
