We will need a court case
Here is my idea. If you are accused of a crime and are required to give a DNA sample and later proven innocent then your 'profile' should be removed from CODIS. This will most likely take a court case to get compliance from the justice department (good luck there). It will likely have to go all the way to the Supreme Court which will hopefully draw enough attention to it. Otherwise, your DNA sample was taken and you are guilty of the crime then your DNA stays in CODIS. Hey, if you commit a crime you lose some rights. Now if your brother commits a crime they can hit you up for information. I'm sorry but if you are a convicted criminal you lose some rights, privacy in this instance.

'differences in voting patterns between the e-votes and absentee ballots certainly raised some eyebrows'
I would think absentee voters were a little more educated in the races than those who show up to vote for a governor and pick the name at the top of the list in the other slots.

A law adopted
Armenia adopts a law to appease foreign countries and content industry pressure. I would guess that we won't see much enforcement. It will probably only be selectively enforced against government opponents similar to the tax code here in the U.S.

So someone got a patent...I will give the benefit of the doubt that they may have 'innovated'...now you will just sell off the 'innovation' to someone else (lawyers mainly) to make millions who had no involvement in the creative process. The patent system...PROTECTING THE INNOVATORS!?

Double dipping
I am guessing that, representing rights holders in one country, they figure if they are sending threat notices out and people are paying out of fear and misunderstanding of the law, why not see how many people would pay up from a legal threat notice from rights holders in another country.
