Yes, because confusing customers about the price of a product is the best way to get people to buy your product. I would suspect they are hoping for an app that tracks the current price of their articles and people will be intensely waiting for the perfect time to buy. /sarcasm

No...NYTimes! Don't do it! Call the suicide hotline 1-800-PLZ-JUMP before you do anything rash! Maybe the NYT is trying to quicken their demise so that they can bring in the media revolution to become the first to get the pulp and ink news delivery system bailout.

Re: he was 2 when he was added on the list
My kid was two-years-old (now five) when we found out he was on the "No Fly List" from an airline worker at the baggage check. I went to the TSA website to see how you could get a name removed and read the forms and procedures that only a true bureaucrat would love. You needed three or four forms of ID. Two were easy, birth certificate and social security card. I guess we could have paid and got him a passport for that third ID even though we had no plans to leave the states (and who knows what troubles we would have getting a passport for the same reasons). Added was that the form could only be completed and signed by the person requesting name removal. I sent a message to the ACLU, never heard anything back.

Re:
The customer is always right is only true if you want them to continue to be your customer. If you don't want them to return (which I am sure there are plenty) then declare them wrong. Of course, you might end up getting sued thanks to our litigious society.

Re: Why does he need a license?
If you click through the links you will see that the South Butt logo is an upside down North Face logo. I am pretty sure that is the major to do. This is the first I heard of South Butt so I am going to try to get some clothing if still possible. Hilarious stuff, really. Thanks North Face for bringing the brand to my attention through lawsuit.

Re: My case is why we need to change things.
Yeah, well, I could have saved trillions of lives, too, if I were smarter than you because I would have figured out a way to access the said libraries.

Wait!
Aren't judges essentially lawyers? Can two judges be friends? Can two lawyers be friends? Prosecutors and defense attorneys? Lawmakers (politicians) and lawyers? What if a judge is married to a lawyer? Can they show their relationship status? Idiotic!
