I have had to sign 3 non compete agreements in my life. Each of the three became null and void if i were fired. Unless they gave him a certain amount of money and had him sign a new agreement, i think he would be in the clear. But im not a lawyer nor a greedy corporation either.
Exactly how is that NOT extortion? That is quite obviously preying on those that cannot afford legal counsel. It is blatant and should not be condoned in any court of law.
While i agree that Lehman died the way it should have, i also think that the banks that bought the parts of Lehman talked the government into letting Lehman fail for that exact purpose.
So corrupt were/are the big banks that they found a way to prosper while we all suffer, even today.
Every corporation that bought a piece of Lehman should have their board of directors imprisoned.
Is it really infringement if you have a link giving them the credit?
I am definitely not a lawyer, but i remember back in school if i were to copy something for a school paper (and my kids do this today also), i would have to copy (link) all of the person's information that i was copying to make a point.
If our schools are teaching us to give proper credit to those we talk about, how is that infringement?
I live in Grifton Nc. The fastest internet we have here is 3 megs. That is in the best of conditions in the middle of the night.
We have complained often and the most honest answer we got was that it is not worth the time or money to improve the lines because there is no competition.
How many of those Atty Generals are also asking the local papers to stop running the personal's? None!! What is the difference? The local papers are paying off the Atty Generals to harass craigslist. That way they can get more revinue
Nothing to worry about! That is just sequioa rigging the elections again. We should be used to it by now. The Republicans are VERY CERTAIN that they are going to win in Nov. And now you know how!
I think the tech companies should sue the Attorney General's and then make it very public on how the Attorney General doesn't know the law! That should publicly embarrass them.
What about copyright issues???? Corporations are suing over it. If they are in the privacy of their own house and someone takes an unauthorized picture, is that a violation?
How about illegally hacking across state lines? I'm quite sure they did not have expressed permission to activate the webcams at any time. If that transmission went from the webcam to a server outside of the state, to my knowledge, it is a federal crime.
party crashers, party crashers, party crashers. there i said it 3 times, so sue me! i would love to counter sue!! they hurt my feeling when they stifled my freedom of speech. And its factually correct!!!!
