"It's Congress' duty to ask questions and hold accountable the members of these organizations that they are upholding the laws and constitution of the US."
Tough for them to do this when the bastards lie to their faces, telling them that they are specifically NOT doing the exact thing they ARE doing.
Now, about these lying to Congress charges, Mr. Clapper.....
"Right to profit"??? They have no right to profit. They have the right to the OPPORTUNITY to profit. That distinction needs to be said loud and clear over and over.
Are you f'ing insane? They weren't frozen, for dog's sake. My 18 month old granddaughter was hit by a water balloon this weekend. No tears, only giggles and "again!". So either she's tougher than Wolverine, or you have the pain threshold of an amoeba.

Amen! Preach it, brother! It is, in fact, the very abrogation of reason. Zero tolerance means never having to think. It is a scourge in our education system, and for the NYPD to even SUGGEST it is terrifying.
Or, you could look at the file size. Compression may be good, but I don't think you can get a TV Episode video down to under 500K bytes, which is what the epub format is. Other formats may be different, but they're ALL gonna be signficantly smaller than a TV episode video file.

Sure as hell won't now, no matter how delicious some think it is (sorry Tim!). Companies who behave this way should not be encouraged with patronage.
