I have not flown in over ten years, but those I know who fly regularly say it's like a circus act with an almost comically offensive intrusion of privacy getting to your flight, in the name of..oh hell, who knows.
After doing all this reading on this entire NSA debacle and seeing how all the people on the side of the NSA and their defenders writhing in some form of disbelief on how they have been outed and how they should be free to do as they wish when they feel like it with out freedoms made me realize something: We're dealing with a serious amount of people who are effectively like serious drug addicts.
A light has been put on them and the threat of taking away their drug of choice has them absolutely losing their shit, and all this shrill crying, screaming and name calling from various types would be amusing if it wasn't for the fact they are undermining our privacy, our liberty and constitution. In the name of security. If this is their idea of security, keep it, send it back, burn it.
And Diane Feinstein has been seriously coming off as the mother of all these dolts acting like "No, my baby wouldn't do that, you're wrong!" all the while knowing she's lying to herself and everyone else. And now doddering Dan Coats is apparently yelling at all of us Americans for being in his NSA yard. *headdesk*
Nitpicking on capitalization? Nice opening gambit there OOTB.
I'm guessing you missed the finer points of the article on how if this get's amended, it means things a plenty change for the bad(I won't spell it out for you, you can re-read the article if you like, and I don't need you nitpicking my comment either, you're welcome).
Nothing like having unhinged state AG's just going absolute bat shit crazy on waging a semi-personal war on ISP's and future innovation. And I assure you, any AG stepping up/foaming at the mouth to do these kind of lawsuits are doing nothing more than padding their careers for future personal gain and not for the good of the people.
So Google is turning people into pirates by using them as a navigation tool?
So by their reasoning(highly insufficient as it is), any item used in an improper or "not designed for" use is the fault of the producer of said item?
Tell you what MPAA and RIAA, you keep throwing five year old temper tantrums like you have been and we as a discerning public will eventually deal with you accordingly.
Wait, we're worried about what FAUX news is saying? More to the point, we're worried about what all cable news channels are saying? These networks that have to fill 24hr news cycles with mind numbingly dressed up worthless shit for the masses to graze on?
Let them cry and wallow and finger point until they're foaming at the mouth and showing exactly who they are, uninformed, ratings grabbing, scare mongering worthless souls whose idea of informing you is akin to thinking that eating at McD's three times a day is a way to eat healthy.
The guy was not mentally stable and was ignored, passed around through health providers and avoided by people close to him who quite literally thought he was unstable. Throw in some firearms and you got a Perfect storm for a killing spree dontcha' think?
And creating data bases and monitoring people who play video games, isn't the NSA currently having issues of a sort with data bases and monitoring? Yes tee-vee news anchor, you have a brilliant plan there...
Being a person not entirely entrenched in law, one would think that angering the judge presiding over your case would be in the realm of "Let's not do that".
"How Many Lies Can A Politician Stuff Into A Single Sentence About NSA Surveillance?"
I couldn't tell you off hand but let me go get my calculator. The only way they can be held accountable is if his constituents call him to the carpet and demand a recall. As far as charges go, he would have to break whatever loose rules(more like loose guidelines anymore) they have in place for his state and at the federal level.
In the event he got recalled, it would just be worse, he would morph into a lobbyist, and IF he was brought up on charges, he would most likely get a light sentencing if not an outright walk(AKA probation). There really is no way to stop them.
Oh FFS. I'm seriously hoping he's just chain yanking, otherwise, he just proved to the rest of the world we're dumb as dogshit. And doing it from Russia no less.
Lil' petey here is just ringing all the bells he can so he can get noticed. He's got his eye on the 2016 prize and looks ready to trample any and all who get in his way.
He want's to talk about the mighty AQ winning? They already have, they've got the government jumping at shadows and treating it's citizens like defacto terrorists and lil' petey here is all but foaming at the mouth about people questioning their government.
I thought it was the people were not supposed to be afraid of their government.
The Orwellian hell is afoot. We're(read The Government) is sliding into a sorry state of fascism along with being a hyper police state.
I wonder how long it will be before they start offering prizes for people to rat each other out? Here's your cheese your fucking rat! Now, what have you been up to???
Really? This from a person who most likely gets his updates from the very twenty somethings that do all the grunt work for him? Methinks someone is spewing mounds of horseshit while hoping he'll sway the regular folks into beLIEving him(as the article itself points out).
More to the point, castigating a group of people pertaining to age group, hobby and mindset(and apparently the sexless, pimple faced nerds of yesteryear) shows further how out of touch he really is, unless he's purposefully just trying to start something in the hopes a few idiots will prove his stance right(and in so doing would let him rings his little bell just that much more).
Why give Patty-cakes any more publicity? Those of us that are somewhat rooted in reality know this guy is pretty much out the door with Alzheimer's or the onset of elderly dementia. Let him flail and rant until his clock winds down, which hopefully will be soon.
I get where you're coming from, but anytime we give Patty-cakes or any of the members of the hyper evans. the 700 dur's club any press is just another reason for them to want to hang around.
That said, I must be a present day Hitler, Jeffery Dahmer and Pol Pot all wrapped into a nice chunky bundle of horrible according to our favorite dipstick.
