One would assume that MJ was at Neverland Ranch during the call so one party was in CA applying CA law for eves dropping so if he is charged as a criminal he can be fined up to $2500 and no more than a year in jail.
"Say that someone updated a display model computer at Best Buy so that it displayed the better prices at competitor stores? You wouldn't consider this hacking because the computer happened to be in public?"
I would see this as being different but only for one reason, the user account is locked and does not allow you to install applications or make changes to the computer. I believe that Best Buy does not have a network cable connected to the computers. So to install software the person will have to work around the system restrictions. The Apple computers did not have this and installing would be as easy as plugging in a flash drive with the install file set to launch when connected.
Yes the password was pulled the out of a dead girls brain and submitted to wikileaks, then they got in a time machine to retrieve the data on a webpage that would not be created for another 5 years.
Let me put it this way if you change your voicemail password right now then burn your phone, just after that you are killed. How would I get your voice mail password?
The only ideas I have on doing that is:
1. Try entering all 10,000 combinations.
2. Try to have the password reset by the phone company.
If the law would be changed to state that any copyrighted work will be held to the terms of the law at the time of its creation. That would hold the terms that the original creator agreed to for copyright and not allow for retroactive changes that the creator may have not wanted.
Warning him... I assumed "someone with a gun in the bushes" was a joke in reference to JFK. People post stupid shit all the time on facebook I don't think I would have thought that it was even real till after it happened of saw it happening.
Re: Re: The **bank's** money was stolen, not the customer's money.
Thats the companies policy not the bank, when I setup the credit service at my office the agreement states if a signature on a receipt is requested and we cannot provide it a penalty of $20 will be assessed.
Its like if you own 50% of a company the person on the other side actually runs the company they get new investments in the company. When getting investments he only has up to 50% he can sell and you still own 50%.
Unless the "artist" has that tattoo in a book of original tattoos that he created for people to chose from the generic selection of tribal tattoos; the work would be a work for hire. If Tyson asked to have this tattoo created specifically and paid the artist to create it and place it on his body it is a work for hire, just like if you create an ad or logo for a company you do not own it they do.
