The record companies have a differant mindset to to rest of the human race in fact i often ask what planet they are on, they dont understand the web
they think that all P2P is illegal. Until they discover one that pays them. Like Mike said in a radio interveiw I had with him they are after their own bottom line.
that is all cant sell enough dispite single tracks in the UK sold more than EVER BEFORE last year through legal downloads (Itunes Amazon) more to sell to get in the chart. etc etc.
yes it is All broadcast stations radio and Tv pay thousands to broadcast music in the UK. So yes it is double dipping. in some cases 5 GBP per playing.
most file shearing will be by encription as will email by the time this law is implimented.the tech will move the BPI will rot in the past same as the IRAA
Re: vatican control of uploaded videos to internet
since when was the vatican part of Italy it is a seperate country within italy not under Italian law Hey way round it upload from the vatican they cant touch you.
looks to me like you are declearing war on the governments and content providers of the world or a revolution/ ancarche ........
count me in!!!!!!!!!!!!
correction to your post The UK does NOT have fair use arrangments use 2 seconds of a copyright piece you pay as if you used the whole thing.(or should do).
i thought when i first read it this makes file sharing in france legal as they cant have it both ways kick people off then tax the companies most use mm fewer people less tax.
the model does not have a leg to stand on.
She does not own the copyright the ad company does she gavepermistion for her image to be used on the billboard, the copy right of the ad belongs to oyther people so unless they complain also TOUGH.
if he is stupid eough to pay that and has the funds to do so sure they should honour the order.
same as the other way around. which in the UK is ilegal for a store to say that the price is wrong we want more money.
not sure in this case though as to legality.
publishers are the ones to blame here they take books out of print so you have no chance of getting them unless you bget a used copy.
If today tou had "public domain day" Google would have them digitised for the world to read far better than publishers keeping them locked away.
If schools ban them most kids have access at home hee in the UK. Kids used Utube to film bullying and put on the web which is a reason schools ban the use of that site. dont know about the U.S. but if they had been educated in the use of the site in the first place these videos wpuld not happen perhaps.
Better watch out!!!!!! Seriously since when have you needed a licence to sing a song. I dont think you do in the UK. If you do theremeny karioki places out of business.
