Well, the FBI cares because Anonymous is breaking the law here, and federal law specifically. Yes, it is a CRIME to DDoS a site, no matter what site it is.
Little problem: the two examples of that I can think of, Marie Antoinette and the other guy...... weren't petty tyrants!
Marie's statement was actually misconstrued by her people, which she was telling them "Let them eat THIS cake!" which she was referring to a food that she suggested and would have given them the ingredients for.
There is no such thing as 'international obligations' other than making murder, physically attacking someone else, forcible rape and actually STEALING PHYSICAL PROPERTY illegal.
Stand in line, read it OUT LOUD, and let other people know what they are getting into.
If that was done, a lot of people would refuse to sign those contracts.
ANY legal contract should be in common language that a 6 year old can understand. If a six year old cannot understand, with their limited reading skills, what is in the contract?
It's too complicated and hard to understand for most adults to understand.
Yes, that underestimates a lot of adults, but overestimates some others.
Ah, but he sent it IN THE MAIL! Which makes it a published work and the copyright is over. Actually, I didn't even KNOW that there could be a copyright on letters that I sent to someone!
Seems like an abuse of the law to do that.
Yet another time when the FCC needs to step in.... but I doubt that they will, considering that they are in the pocket of these big name companies and allow them to do numerous things that we Americans would say are wrong.
Uh, hmm..... actually, there is NOTHING that says that you cannot tax one person or one company more than you tax another one.
No law WHATSOEVER in either the EU or the United States, for that matter.
Simple.... the Simpsons is about social commentary. Yeah, I know..... what world am I living in! But look at the themes on the Simpson's and things happening in real life: you can find some staggering allegories if you take enough time or even just a little time.
SOOOO agreed with that last sentence.... too many of our laws today CONFLICT with people's natural human rights, both those of adults and those of children, which by the way are the SAME!
Comment moderation can also be used to discriminate against people who buck the 'consensus viewpoint' that usually isn't so consensus and silence people's voices.
The real issue behind wanting to get rid of anonymous posting is because they want to scare people into not bucking the 'conventional morality' on some issues, such as pedosexuality, homosexuality, etc.
It's all about silencing people who have very good arguments for why the societal viewpoint is wrong out of fear of some.... well, the only term is: fuckwad coming and trying to physically harm those people who are making arguments 'society' doesn't like.
Actually, if you find something like this on your car, they cannot say that you are 'obstructing an investigation' by getting rid of it because it could just be some snot-nosed techie who put it on your car as a joke.
The worst thing about this is that this is the SAME STUFF that I brought up in a forum, and I am white so... that must be the ONLY reason why I wasn't bugged with one of these things.

It is NOT a violation of someone's rights to put a camera in a place, even a BATHROOM, where you own the building and are just RENTING IT to a tenant.
