"Low Level" or "Junior" IT Professionals aren't normally paid $200k salary
Everyone keeps calling him a "Low Level" or "Junior" IT Professional. He made over $200k per year. That is not the normal pay range for anything "Low Level" or "Junior". It really looks like either he was grossly overpaid or someone is trying to make him look less important than his salary indicates.
Oddly enough according to the NHTSA's (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration)own website the fatality rate of car accidents has dropped off dramatically since popularity of texting took off.
I have the T-Mobile MyTouch 4 and it comes with a wireless tethering app pre-installed. There is no charge for wireless tethering, but there does seem to be a charge if you enable a wired tethering link using USB. I don't understand that.
At the NHTSA's own web site they have a chart ranging from 1994-2009. The worst rates in all that time was in 2005 which was before the texting boom started. Heck if you look at the stats the fatality rate has dropped since the time that texting has really taken off.
TV stations stop broadcasting at 3am every morning
That would be news worthy at 3am in California we get nonstop infomercials. I so wish we just had the end of day snow & tone from long ago. I do not need to "Just set it and forget it!".
Different labor laws there than here in the US. It could have been in response to the employees wanting to be compensated for after hours work. Rather than pay extra just in case someone checks email, they just shut it down.
Netflix keep on raising your rates and losing studios !!!!
Awesome News !!!
Actually by splitting the streaming from the DVD rentals apart they saved me $12. I can Red box the DVD rentals I want and still be under the $12 I'm saving per month. Good luck to your friend and his dieing business model.
Jurors are not to talk about the trial so there is no outside interference. There are 13-14 people in the jury (including alternates) and all the information about the case is supposed to be delivered by the lawyers and only in the courts controlled setting. No one wants Jurors getting there information from TMZ or from gossiping with there friends.
So, basically, if someone trademarks my name, and I then get famous (still holding out for someone in Hollywood to randomly cast me in the next mega movie), I can get sued for this?
Not sure, but if someone trademarks their name that happens to be the same as yours then yes.
Not really. Since autocomplete is already set to filter sexual terms, they would just need to add these company's to the same type of list. A search would find them but auto complete would have no record of them at all.
I've subscribed to their service for almost 2 years now. Well worth the yearly fee. Too bad they will be pushed out of business by the recording labels.

Same with me. I have subscribed to Pandora for the last two years. Since I got the subscription I haven't downloaded much music at all.
