Time to put speakers on routers. I bet they sound like really fast dial-up modems or something. The blinky-blinky of the fiber light probably sounds like Morse code.
This will go unnoticed. The Government, including the CIA, are too busy having wet daydreams about affairs than caring about terrorist attacks and platter served intel.
Mute point. Now had this been an electronic sign capable of being updated via the internet using a touchscreen that scrolled and snapped back when you get to the end of the page, then someone's going to pay!
In order to extradite, they would have to claim copyright infringement on the manuals or something. They could however, claim infringement on another patent and sue to have all GPS devices in the UK banned for sale. Who says watching Apple and Samsung isn't a learning experience?!
Maybe he should use the RIAA's math and sue them for lost wages. I mean, how could they debunk the numbers that they use to calculate damages for their payouts when they're used against them?!
Your post hit when your ISP ran a test run of the SOPA/PIPA internet scrubber to check for infringing content. Since yours was free of infringement, they posted it two extra times for you to reward your good behavior.
Why stop? Might as well keep the pressure on. That's what Lobbyists do. We may not have the cash floating around, but constantly making contact forces them into a whole 'squeaky wheel gets the grease' situation.
The search engines could respond by filtering all the RIAA and MPAA links in their databases. Reply to questions why it's gone...well there was this guy that said that he owned this line of code in the source of your HTML and it fell under his copyright. So, we had to remove all of your sites that had this comment in them...
I always thought it was Company, but your post made me second guess myself. So I googled "LLC". I don't know which is more credible... Wikipedia or a Government run agency, so I put both. They both say the same thing.
Good thing Righthaven is an LLC and not a Corporation. Otherwise, since the Gov thinks corporations are people, the court could issue a WARRANT for Righthaven.
Then all we have to do is wait for Righthaven to be caught speeding. Or maybe they'd use Dog Chapman for bail bond since they cannot pay fees ordered by court and we see them running scared on A&E.
Now with this statement...."No "file hosting", no "video hosting", no "lockers", but an actual host where you decide 100% what is seen when people access your files - and you pay for the hosting."
Exactly how will you be able to create either of your examples. Without hosting "FILES" you cannot have a website displayed. What if I want to allow "VIDEO HOSTING" or "STORAGE SPACE"? I get to "...decide 100% what is seen when people access [MY] files - and [I] pay for the hosting."
In addition, a Litigation Tax equal to some percentage of the agreed settlement or award in a case regardless of outcome and paid by the owner. This tax would then have to exempted from costs that can be sued for. Sure you can get attorney fees, but paying for your tax, that's on you.

I even googled Limited Liability Corporation and all the links were pointing to Limited Liability Company.
However, your comment pointed me to the similarities between the two, so I'm sure it could be overlooked and then treated as a Corporation anyway.
