With all the yapping from these clowns about protecting the constitution, you would think they would take some time to actually read it and learn what it means./div>
"Though drug dogs had alerted to the safe and currency, the government did not submit to the court any evidence of the dogs’ training, methodology, or field performance."
It sounds like they are using an uncalibrated drug detection device.
If it was a piece of machinery, there would be all kinds of rules to make sure the device was working properly. It seems that dogs are assumed to be 100% accurate 100% of the time./div>
You must leave your doors unlocked in case law enforcement need to enter. If someone comes in and steals your stuff, that's just the price we have to pay as a society to make our job easier./div>
What they are really saying is "You are now required to leave your front door unlocked because the police may need to enter at any time."
"Oh, and if a crook walks into your home and steals all of your stuff, that's just the price we have to pay as a society in order to make my job easier."/div>
I frequently fly out of SeaTac airport (Seattle), and with Washington now on the shit list there are going to be a lot of pissed off people. Let's see how long this lasts before they are forced to cave./div>
I won one of their "smart" TV's in a drawing. When I turned it on, the first thing that came up was a license agreement for me to click "agree". I'll be damned if I agree to a license just to watch TV. I never hooked up Wifi or ethernet. Besides, my setup is way more sophisticated that their TVs ever will be./div>
When I go to buy something, and they hand me a form to sign, I always read it. I usually get a response from the clerk "Just sign it. Everybody else does." So, because everybody else is a fool, I have to be one too./div>
Remember also that Boies' firm was the one that litigated the SCO vs Linux (technically IBM) case. He's done plenty of bad stuff along with the good./div>
I was expecting some crass, adulterated version of the Under Armor logo. That thing is LOL funny. I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I'm not confused./div>
I so much wanted to punch this asshat out. This is much better. I hope he loses all respect and power.
Every time there's an incident, police apologists like Lynch just screech louder "There will be no conversation!" The conversation will eventually take place, and the results will not be pretty./div>

Their argument comes down to this:
Their Real Argument
"Oh, and if a crook walks into your home and steals all of your stuff, that's just the price we have to pay as a society in order to make my job easier."/div>
