    Pointless!

I agree with our greek commenter above Hephaestus in every way! Also, can is huge gaping holes in the who accusation argument! In this case I would be more then happy to accuse anyone I don't like, or anyone who may be in competition with my business and get the banned. I feel odd criticizing an entire country, but the UK is a prefect example of big brother abuse. Not sure why the brits don't wake up and start fighting for some sanity while there is some left. Free can be very good!

I think free can be very useful as a introduction, in that you use free to introduce your business. Or part of your business. Free can be the hook that brings people in to see your at charge services. Free can also be given value if you make it exclusive. That is, not "everyone" gets free, just those that are already customers or have completed something. Just a thought, Monica S Los Angeles Computer Repair http://www.sebecomputercare.com/?p=1178

I don't think this is as much a problem as it is a sign of the times. There really is no need for everyone and their mother to be at a game covering it. Technology makes everything instant. No need to cram everyone in a room, or a ball park when we can stream just about everything now. As for the game! I think fewer games would help greatly! Its just too diluted right now. Obviously

I think most people now realize that downloading music off the internet does not hurt musicians as much as we're told it does. The story was always that by downloading you're taking money away from the musicians you loved. But it was a lie. The money lost were by the promoters and record labels. With P2P they have become irrelevant. P2P to me is what the radio was back when. Its just a way for musicians to share their music and hopefully get people to their concerts where they make the real money. End of argument, move on. Very dumb!

This is dumb on so many levels, it could be its own platformer video game. First off, schools can do anything to punish a student for what they do out side of school grounds. Anymore then you could sue a teacher for being a bad teacher while at home. This is why we separate the different parts of our lives. So what I like to listen to loud music at home and annoy my neighbors, I don't want to get laid off at work for it. And I agree that the punishment did not fit the crime. Any reasonable parent would be filing some sort of lawsuit, if not to follow through with it, to at least send a message. Monica S Los Angeles Computer Repair http://www.sebecomputercare.com

    Give up already

Seriously when are these people gonna get it?! We've been file sharing since, as far as I know, 1998, but probably quite a bit earlier then that. And it hasn't stopped or even slowed down. Quite the opposite, file sharing simply exploded. In the end, I don't think file sharing hurts the people we care most about, and that is the artists. As far as I know, most musicians make the bulk of their money from concerts and quite a bit less from music sales. So it not such a bad thing, so long as the pirated music leads to people wanting to see concerts. Monica S Los Angeles Computer Repair http://www.sebecomputercare.com

    Give UP!!

Seriously do these people not get it! This is completely useless in every sense. Even if this was just simple posturing, it fails miserably as you at least have to have something to stand on. This is a perfect example of clueless legislature following clueless corporations. Monica S Los Angeles Computer Repair http://www.sebecomputercare.com
