If he gets sued, it's not because of the logo, it's because he altered the device that he bought (licensed) in a matter which apple did not indent for it to be used. If the device had been made my Sony, they would already be in court. LOL
because if everything were simple, then i would be too hard to control us. Wrap up everything as complicated as possible and they can change it to suit their needs. Believe me, the K.I.S.S. method was abandoned a long time ago.
I actually prefer the randomness of the radio station... but as far as purchase goes, i only download to try something, if I like it, i go purchase it to support the creator. The game "F.E.A.R." comes to mind. I downloaded it, loved it, ran out and bought it.
As soon as Limewire was shut down most people (like me and I do hate to admit that I used limewire) simply googled what happened to linewire and discovered in the first few pages "limewire pirate edition"
So facebook can't be private? If I email all my contacts and with a message that says my boss is a jerk, how is that different than posting to facebook wall where my friends, aka my contacts, can all collectively read it?
And before you jump on the whole facebook is public, email is private, blah blah blah... my facebook is set to private so only my friends can see.
Moral of the story here... Facebook is only public if you want it to be.
From a company stand point of comparing apples to oranges... who cares if some other company has an orange that they painted red and happens to look like your apple?
This reminds me of that whole IHOP thing when the restaurant chain was pissed at the "international house of prayer."
I mean really, who cares? I really don't see what difference it makes.
Maybe people should be more careful about what should be in their "private" life vs their "public" life. One should complain about their boss in private. If their Facebook isn't private, then make it private, or don't discuss private matters.
Sorry guys, but weed has too big of a competitor to become leagalized... LUMBER. the lumber companys lobby to keep weed illeagal becasue weed makes a better, cheaper paper.
I seem to recall years ago someone came up with the brilliant idea (no, not sarcasm) of america mailing in or otherwise phyiscally dumping AOL install disks on the front door of the AOL headquaters. It was a great protest idea.
I say we all burn copyies of our DVD collection, then mail the disk back to hollyhood. They want millions of discs out in the world, then i say we give them what they want... just in a more localized area ;)
On a side note to all of this... though i am no M$ fan, I do happen to like Intel's chips, a little pricy compared to AMD, but they have never given me a problem. (waiting for the "which is better: Intel or AMD" debate.)
ummm.... Mike is trying to say "the federal government" should be sueing intel. basically, this Andrew Cuomo has no buisness filing this lawsuit against intel, the feds should file it.
