There's a couple of times I've wanted to be a fly on the wall...
Two come to mind at the moment:
1) When Jennifer Lawrence was shooting those selfies that got leaked (actually I wish she was texting them to me not the fly thing... but any way.)
2) The "pretrial conference" between Michael Henry Smith (aka one of the top 100 dumbest voluntary litigants) and Judge Cassady (aka hopefully one mildly patient jurist.)
France has some Fantastic inheritance taxes, like 90% as I recall.
Perhaps this is a way to squeeze Mom and Dad's estate. Sue them at the end of their life for all of the embarrassing photos, They pay the lawyers, loose their cases and have to pay the kids, lawyers kick back to the kids, mom and dad kick off before having to go to jail. It's like Win-Win-Win!
Inheritance taxes, another thing that gets solved by the "Right to be Forgotten"
I nominate Jolly for funniest comment of the week!
"“Taxpayers should not be subsidizing a company that refuses to cooperate in a terror investigation that left 14 Americans dead on American soil,”David Jolly..."
Definitely gets my vote for funniest. Saddest, but funniest.
The thing that scares me about this is that when it gets to the SCOTUS the "If it Looks Like a Duck" legal test will be used and those eight or nine learned legal giants will apply their highly tuned, supremely honed technological minds to the problem, just as they did in Aero.
You have revealed confidential sources and methods by publicly identifying T-Mobile's Binge ON! as actually being routed exclusively through Harris Corp products.
